Another online crop......

This weekend at Just Cre8. Check it out! I'm not getting a whole lot of time to participate, but I AM working on a mini "book of me" and a few of the many challenges posted! I'm enjoying it!

~~~~~
This layout was for one of the challenges -- use at least 10 different manufacturers products.
This challeneg was to use as many "office" supplies as you could. I used staples, avery tag, noptepaper and paperclip.
... and this challenge was to create a 6x12 layout.
a couple more....
I love the way this one turned out. I really like the simple style of scrapbooking :-)
This is my dh when he was a baby -- getting ready to leave the hospital.
"collage-y" style is not something I think I am good at, so this layout was a real challenge for me!
Some recent layouts......
I'm taking part in a two-week event at Lovebug Scrapbooking. I just love the events they have at that forum! Some of these are for challenges at Lovebug University, and some are just a few of my recent pages.
I love these photos taken by my sister, Jane. Her camera does the 3-shots with one click, so she was able to catch the action of Timothy throwing water over himself.
Me and my big sis. I'm the one with the braids.
More shots taken by my sister, Jane. Isn't the big photo awesome!?
My three boys with some of their cousins. They had so much fun together this summer!
A bunch of the cousins having fun on the curly slide.
Thanks for looking!
bad blogger award....
goes to ME! Lol!
I've been very bad in keeping up with my blog. Life just sometimes seems to get in the way, you know!
This past month we traveled across our province and visited with my brother, sister-in-law and nephew. We had a fabulous week! Lots of exciting things to see and do.
The most fun was wall-climbing! It's something I've always wanted to try and I'm glad I can at least say "I did it once". Actually, I did it more than once, but the kids were much better at wall-climbing that I was. Here's a photo of me on one of the easier walls :-)
We also went mini-golfing, visited Signal Hill, visited the Geocentre, went to a movie (Mr Bean's Holiday, which we loved!) and went to a local beach. Of course, we did a bit of shopping, with my obligatory trip to Michaels (bought an alpha die for my Cuttlebug)
After that week of excitement, I spent a week getting the kids' lesson plans ready for school. I usually do up 12 weeks in advance. I also had to order some new math books (yaaah! says Jessica, NOT, says Luke) and an astronomy text. We're doing Jeannie Fulbright's Exploring Creation with Astronomy.
We just finished our first week of school and so far, things are going well.
