My son is 15 today......

and he is not here to celebrate with us :-(

He is having fun, I'm sure, at camp. He left last week for two weeks of survival training with the Air Cadets. He is in the bush for much of the two weeks. I mailed a birthday card last week, so hopefully he will get it tomorrow when he come to base camp.

Devin and I are so proud of Luke! He is quite the young man. He loves his brothers and his sister and is a great help to them. He is still not too old to want to be around his mom and dad. LOL!

Right now, airplanes are a huge interest as is anything to do with geography. Becoming a pilot is his dream. We believe he can accomplish his dream!

Anyway, I thought I'd post a few of my favorite pictures of my big boy when he was not quite so big :-)

This one was taken when he was ready to leave on his trip last week.

We love you Luke! Hope you're having a GREAT day!!

You have reason to be proud, Carla. Luke always was a sweet little boy and he's growing into a fine young man.

My boy was sad that he couldn't talk to yours on their birthdays. He's anxiously awaiting Luke's arrival home! I'm sure he's having an awesome trip.
