My project is a summer treat box. I think they'd be nice for a pre-teen birthday party :-) or for just a little "pick-me-up" for a friend.
Step 1:
Score at 2 3/4, 5 1/2, 8 1/4 and 11. Turn and score at 2 inches. Referring to the diagram below, cut along the marked lines.
Fold along score lines.
Step 4:
Form into a box. Fold the smaller pieces in first for the bottom of the box.
Take a piece of co-ordinating strip of patterned paper 1 1/2 x 12 inches. I scalloped the edge.
Step 7:
Score at 2 3/4, 5 1/2, 8 1/4 and 11. Fold and adhere to top edge of the box.
Step 8:
Fill with a small treat or bag of candy. Embellish as desired.
Thanks for looking!
