February Reading ....AND a giveaway!!

Here's what I read last month:

~~ Michal - Jill Eileen Smith
~~ Abigail - Jill Eileen Smith
Set in Bible times and all about two of King David's wives. GREAT books!! Really enjoyed them! Sent them off to my mom to read.

The Daughters of Jacob Kane - set of 2 books by Sharlene MacLaren. Not sure if there's more in the series or not.
~~ Hannah Grace
~~ Maggie Rose

These were really good, as well. Enjoyed them! I think the third book is coming out this summer.
~~ Watch Over Me - Christa Parrish
Not the ending I expected, but good book :-) I like her writing style. I think this is only her second book. Will keep an eye out for more of her books.

TO read this month:

~~ Stepping Into Sunlight, by Sharon Hinck
Just started this one yesterday. A bit slow at the start, but I think it will get more interesting.
~~ Stones of My Accusers - Tracy Groot
This one is set in Bible times, just after Jesus' crucifixion.

~~ Song of Erin, by BJ Hoff.
Found this one at the library and am excited to start reading it. From the back of the book, ".... an epic that spans generations and relives one of the most colorful eras in American history while shedding new light on the "terrible beauty" and ancient glory that is Ireland."

~~ Take One
~~ Take Two
Thought I'd try something by Karen Kingsbury again. Haven't read her books in AGES! These are two of a set of 4 (two new releases to come out this spring and summer)

~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, how about you?? What are you planning to read this month?
Leave a comment and I'll enter you name for a book drawing. I have "At The Scent of Water", by Linda Nichols to give away. I somehow ended up with two copies :-) I've read several of her books, and they are very well written. This one is no exception. You'll be sure to enjoy it!
I'll draw for a winner before the end of the month. I also picked up two new books this week. I plan to give them away also. Be watching during the first week of each month for a book give-away!
The Spring weather on the west coast has made it difficult to want to do anything but hang out outside and soak in as much sunshine as possible!
I love reading too Carla... almost as much as scrapping!
I have read a ton of books lately, and I am currently reading "House Rules" by Jodi Picoult! I love her style of writing!!!!!!!
I've read some of Jodi Picoult and I loked them. Not interested in vampire books (sorry, Mia!) I like historical fiction.
I kind go through spurts with reading. I'm sure, like Katie, once the warm weather starts I won't do as much reading. But here in NL, we've still got more winter yet :-)
I love Karen Kingsbury! Right now I'm reading Rules by Cynthia Lord. I'm previewing it for my daughter who won it as a prize. I also read a book by Laura Childs and liked it, so I'd like to read more. Thanks!
I am slowing trying to get back into reading and am currently flipping between Chicken Soup for the Soul-Moms Know Best and The Lovely Bones. The Chicken Soup books are for my breaks at work because a novel is hard to put down after only 15 minutes...lol.
I love Biblical fiction! The first one I ever read was Two from Galilee about Mary and Jospeh. Loved it! Can't remember the author, though. I haven't read any of the books you listed except Song of Erin. It was good.
