I've decided to choose a PHRASE for this year -- one that I can think about, pattern my choices after, and live with this thought in mind. My phrase is "Every Day is a Gift". I want to keep in mind that we are to live one day at a time; not looking to the past with regret, nor looking ahead with worry. If I look at each day as being a GIFT, then I certainly wouldn't want to waste my day :-)
Now, since the new year, I have not been doing good with this -- I've really had to work at getting my attitude right. I can see that this will definitely be something I'll need to work at. So, I think I chose the right phrase.

How about you? Do you chose a WORD or PHRASE for the year? I'd love to hear about it!
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. " James 1:17

Haven't been on your blog for a while so I don't know how long you've had it but I love the new look since my last visit. Good phrase and verse. I posted about my word and verse for the year a few days back - http://jacquelinesjabberings.blogspot.com/2010/01/my-2010-word-and-verse-of-year.html
